Refunds

You can return your items to us within 14 days for a store credit or refund.

It is so simple! Just send them to us here:

Unfortunately we do not cover return postage costs. You must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to Fearlesss.co.uk.

Please enclose your returns note and mark the item you are returning and if you would like a store credit or a refund. Your order should be still in its original condition with all tags attached, if any tags are removed, there are make up, fake tan, deodorant or perfume returns will be refused.

PS, just a quick checklist for your return

Should we receive your return within 14 days of order it will be eligible for a full refund or store credit. If a return is sent back and arrives to us later than 14 days after your order was delivered to you the return will be refused . 

Please be careful when trying on your new purchases as we will not issue any credits on items that are marked with make-up, fake tan or body lotions, etc. All items must be returned in the original packaging and the original & the condition they were received & with the tags still attached to be eligible.
