Returns Policy

You can return your items to us for FREE within 14 days for a store credit or refund.

It is so simple! Just send them to us here:

To return your items for free, please visit the link provided on your delivery note.

Please enclose your returns note and mark the item you are returning and if you would like a store credit or a refund. Your order should be still in its original condition with all tags attached, if any tags are removed, there are make up, fake tan, deodorant or perfume returns will be refused.

International & ROI Returns

To return an item back to us from outside of the UK: Your order should be still in its original condition with all tags attached. Please fill in your details on the back of the invoice, put this into your parcel and post it to us at:

We recommend that you send this as recorded delivery, so you can track it on its way back to us.

Unfortunately, we don’t cover return postage costs. You must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to

Wrong size? Exchange?

Due to being a fast online fashion company and our products being so popular, we regret to inform you that we cannot guarantee to process an exchange however, we will always try to offer an alternative via a gift card to the original order value.

We will not be held responsible for items returned to us in error, the contents will be donated to a local charity.

PS, just a quick checklist for your return

Should we receive your return within 14 days of order it will be eligible for a full refund or store credit. If a return is sent back and arrives to us later than 14 days after your order was delivered to you the return will be refused . 

Please be careful when trying on your new purchases as we will not issue any credits on items that are marked with make-up, fake tan or body lotions, etc. All items must be returned in the original packaging and the original  the condition they were received  with the tags still attached to be eligible.

Hair Products/Accessories, Earrings, Underwear or swimwear (if the hygiene seal has been removed) cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
